Avon Outdoor Learnig Center Avon Schools

The Avon Outdoor Learning Center is a seven acre outdoor classroom, part of the Avon Community School Corporation in Central Indiana.  Our mission is to support our students, staff and families with engaging outdoor opportunities to learn with all of the senses.  Our site features a restored 1840's cabin, creek, habitats that include prairie, woodland and riparian areas to explore.  We also maintain almost 2 miles of trails and  an outdoor play space, all with the help of service groups, community partners and dedicated volunteers to serve @ 10K students per year!
