Aviyo Plant-Based Nutrition Ltd will be a Ugandan social enterprise located in Kampala, dedicated to revolutionizing food systems through sustainable, enzyme-enhanced plant-based milk alternatives. It will be established to meet the dietary needs of lactose-intolerant and hypertensive individuals. It will also give hope to people that naturally don’t take cow/goat milk by giving them an alternative to take something in the names of ______milk. Aviyo will offer a healthier and eco-friendly alternative to traditional dairy milk and formulations. Our flagship products, Soya Bliss Golden Milk, Soy-cassava Nova, Soy-fortified Fusion, and the Soy-rice Fusion, will be designed to be nutritious and affordable while supporting local farmers and reducing food waste by extending shelf life to 6–12 months without refrigeration. Aviyo's approach will combine local sourcing, scalable aseptic processing, and community
 distribution channels to effectively reach underscored populations.
