AVINASH BHANGE - Fitness & Active Living after 60

Hello, my name is Avinash Bhange, IT professional for the past 38 years working in the USA. I started my active lifestyle journey back in 2014 and have seen major improvement in my overall health.

This channel is to share my workout videos to promote fitness and active living after 60. I love morning workouts, bike rides, pickle ball, and staying active throughout the day, all week.
