Who am I:
I'm Parameswaran B, a Data scientist staying in Thiruvananthapuram. I'm a part-time bodybuilder, vegan, physics teacher, amateur cricket player & piano player. With over 3 years of experience in bodybuilding, I do this to help people.

Why this channel:
Knowledge in fitness is something that elementary schools should give to everyone, which unfortunately is not given. People either remain ignorant about good health or use pseudoscience & magical remedies for results, ruining their health. Bringing entertaining content related to fitness can motivate people to take their health more seriously.
