As the mind plunges into oblivion, a brief, infinitesimal flash of compassionate luminosity radiates from within the void; and in a sudden torrent of blazing light, the darkness succumbs.  With rejoice the Creator welcomes home a lost but not forgotten figment of Self.  Resplendent fanfare proclaims the imminent arrival of the exalted traveler, nearing home at long last.  

And briefly weeping tender-sweet tears of gladness, the consciousnesses of parent and child fuse in the ultimate union; never having been separate except in a melancholy dream heretofore unseen, but now long forgotten.  

Though the bond is absolute, it is never an end and always a beginning.  In lucid ecstasy, the One ascends; to make way for another flight into the dreamed world of duality, leaving itself behind and forging ahead on a new journey of discovery...
