Autotelic Drive

Welcome to Autotelic Drive where high performers unlock their next evolution.

Autotelic means intrinsic, meaning originating from within.

I’m Pauline Dougald — Peak Performance Coach, Flow Trainer, and Elite Mentorship Trainer. I help high-performing individuals navigate identity transitions and unlock their authentic power using neuroscience, systems thinking, and creative intelligence.

This channel is for those ready to overcome doubt, reconnect to intrinsic motivation, lead with clarity, and perform from alignment — not pressure.

I share tools to help you:
– Trust yourself
– Create consistently
– Move through challenges
– Stay resilient in change

The future belongs to the integrated. Let’s optimize your mind, energy, and leadership so you thrive — on your terms.
