David Lowe - Prepare To Win

I've spent 40 years in the car business: on the floor, on the desk, and running my own stores. I've been the young sales manager trying to hold a team together, and the owner who had to make the month with three people.

Now I coach dealers, GMs and sales managers who are tired of babysitting their teams. The problem is rarely effort. It's that nobody on the floor is running the same play. When your managers lead from one playbook, your salespeople stop guessing, gross stops leaking, and the month stops coming down to the last weekend.
Thousands of salespeople and managers have been trained this way.

Stop Babysitting. Start Leading.
