Welcome to my channel! This is Pulkit Sharma. I'm a practicing clinical psychologist, psychoanalytic therapist, spiritual counselor and an author working in the field of mental health since 2008. I believe that life offers us a beautiful space to continuously evolve and blossom into a better version of ourselves – a version which can give us a deep meaning and a lasting joy. 

However, due to traumatic life experiences, disturbed relationships, inner conflicts and socio-political turmoil, we get derailed from this path and are unable to achieve self-growth. This is where clinical psychology, psychoanalysis and spirituality can help.
