Authenticneigong

I teach neigong and qigong in a simplified way for better health and true internal development. Having spent almost a decade in china, learning from real masters and also doing my degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I've learned the things that bring about real change and the methods to develop internally and spiritually beyond what you may think is possible.
