ASM - An Energy Fuels Company

In August 2026, ASM became part of Energy Fuels Inc., a leading US-based critical materials company focused on rare earth elements, uranium, heavy mineral sands, vanadium and medical isotopes.
The pro forma group is pursuing a long-term growth strategy to build an integrated mine-to-magnet rare earth platform, with ASM's Dubbo Project and Korean Metals Plant contributing critical growth capacity and capability.
Acquiring established commercial producers with highly technical rare earth metal, alloy and magnet manufacturing capabilities shaves decades off of the go-to-market process, giving Energy Fuels a competitive edge in an increasingly dynamic landscape. We believe this combined portfolio of world class assets bolsters our position as a global industry champion.
