Aspire For Adventure | Fitness & Hiking

I’m Cary, a personal trainer and hiking training coach based in Edmonds, Washington. I help people build strength, improve their fitness, and prepare for hiking, backpacking, and trekking adventures.

On this channel, I share strength workouts, hiking training, gym tips, and practical training advice you can actually use.

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with more than 20 years of experience in fitness and coaching. My background also includes endurance sports, hiking, backpacking, and wilderness trip leading.

Online personal training and hiking training are available anywhere, with in-person personal training available in Edmonds and surrounding areas.
