ASMR La Siesta Zzz

We are in a world where it is difficult to disconnect and relax on a daily basis. With the content of this channel, I would like to help you daydream in a sustainable way🌏♻️🙏

I was introduced into the ASMR world👂 🎧in 2015 when I came across a video of a head massage (Here's a massage lover!!💆♀️ ) that knocked me out completely .

Since then, I have seen this community grow a lot in the last years and I wanted to contribute to the happiness that it brings even if it is only 5 minutes of disconnection and relaxation. I realize that there are still many people who do not know it, so join me to spread this path full of tranquility, tickles, whispers, massages, sounds of nature, etc.

🅛🅐 🅢🅘🅔🅢🅣 is a well known Spanish habit, where we try to have a nap in a short but revitalizing sleep, which helps us gather energy for the rest of the day.
