Welcome!  I’m Ashley, a birth doula and VBAC educator passionate about helping women feel confident about birth after caesarean. (VBAC = Vaginal birth after caesarean)

On this channel I share honest, evidence-based guidance for women planning a VBAC, including how to prepare for a VBAC, how to increase VBAC success, and understanding important topics like signs of uterine rupture during VBAC and real VBAC birth stories. 

We also talk about VBAC after two c sections, healing after a traumatic caesarean birth, and navigating birth choices with confidence, as well as homebirth after caesarean.
