Hello! My name is Ashley Watkins, ACC, M.A.T. I spent 20 years teaching high school journalism and English before becoming a certified coach. Human Design was an essential part of this transition.

I've coached individuals through major transitions. Becoming leaders. Improving relationships. Making themselves a priority. These years taught me that the most powerful tool anyone can have is understanding how they're naturally designed to move through the world. 

Human design changed how I understand myself and build my practice. It showed me how to work with my natural energy instead of against it. Now I help others discover the same clarity.
