Ashley Tyms

As a highly sensitive person (HSP), I began the practice of meditation 18 years ago.
It has helped me calm my mind, experience vast awareness and embody a connection to my higher self.
I am passionate about helping children, youth and adults to tap into their own abilities to slow, quiet down and listen within.
I use visualization meditation in my intuitive Reiki practice with clients.

If you are called, find a comfortable place to rest, perhaps grab some earphones and try a soothing journey into visualization meditation.
