Ashlea Dillard | Mind & Nervous System

Hi, I’m Ashlea, former firefighter/paramedic turned Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical & Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, coach, speaker, and host of the Sit Around the Fire podcast.

This channel is for anyone ready to break free from old patterns, understand their nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and create a life that actually feels like their own.

Here we talk about identity, anxiety, trauma, relationships, hypnosis, nervous system patterns, personal growth, midlife change, and the old stories that keep us stuck.

You’ll find Shorts, practical tools, real-life insights, and honest conversations with incredible people doing meaningful work in the world.

For women who have spent years holding everything together, I created The Nervous System Reset, a 90-minute masterclass to help you stop feeling stuck in your old patterns and behaviors. Link 👇🏻

You don’t need to become someone new. Sometimes, you just need to remember who you are.

We got this.
