Ashgrove Pictures

Ashgrove Pictures is an independent studio producing original long-form drama. Each film is a feature: 50 to 60 minutes, one complete story, released weekly. Nothing here is licensed, adapted or re-uploaded.

We run the full pipeline in-house. Our writers develop the premise, the characters and every line of dialogue. Our director breaks the finished screenplay into a scene-by-scene storyboard of about two hundred shots, each framed and blocked before production. Character design, wardrobe and location continuity, voice direction, sound and the final edit are handled by our own team.

We animate with AI-assisted rendering tools, directed shot by shot against that storyboard, and every upload carries YouTube's synthetic content label. The screenplay, the performances and the edit are our own.

Our subjects are identity, family and dignity in contemporary African life. Every film resolves the story it opens.
