Hi! My name is Katie Pajerowski, and I’m a physical therapist and running coach based in Maryland, where I run my practice, Ascend Physical Therapy & Wellness. 

I started Ascend with the goal of bridging the gap between where traditional rehab often ends, and where feeling and performing your best begins. If you’re a runner, a rock climber, a hiker, or anyone who wants to stay more active, my mission is to empower you with the treatment, tools, and info to keep you moving, not hold you back from what you love.
