I am shanaz tanzeela, a kidney transplant. I went through kidney transplant on July 24th 2012. But was diagnosed with this disease in nov 2011. I was on dialysis for 7 months. I thought about creating a channel and sharing my own experience before & after kidney transplant. I hope that it can be help others who are going through it..
