Aristoleo High Phenolic Olive OIl

Aristoleo.com is an independent platform dedicated to the advancement and recognition of High-Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (HP-EVOO).

In 2012, EU Regulation 432/2012 established a health claim for olive oil containing verified levels of specific polyphenol derivatives, including oleocanthal and oleacein. This regulatory milestone defined a measurable category within extra virgin olive oil based on phenolic quantification.

As research on olive oil polyphenol derivatives and the Mediterranean dietary pattern expands, Aristoleo supports verified measurement (NMR, LC-MS/MS), producer transparency, and certification standards.

This channel shares research updates, interviews, and conference insights on high-phenolic EVOO. Some videos are in Greek, reflecting the category’s early development in Greece. English content is being added.
