Cold Curious

You’re already uncomfortable. Might as well get curious.

I’m Cindy Ruzicka. I’m not a biohacker, an athlete or a wellness guru. I’m a regular woman in my sixties who spent decades holding everything together until my body staged a full mutiny. Cold water is where I finally got quiet enough to hear myself again.

This channel is for the woman who’s tired, carrying everyone, and running out of things that work. Here you’ll find:

First plunges, real ones, fear and all
Breath you can use in traffic, in a meeting, in a porta potty (long story)
Stillness, stress patterns, and turning shame into curiosity
Stories from my forthcoming book, Shit Show: Everyone Has One

No pressure. No competition. Three seconds counts.
