Aqiyl Aniys Wellness & The Divine

I am Aqiyl Aniys Henry, first-middle-last name. I am 58, and I have been eating an alkaline plant based diet  based on the Dr. Sebi nutritional guide, for nearly fifteen years. I have removed disease and added youth back to my body, and now  can appreciate life more. We strengthen the body through Eating an alkaline plant based diet, holistic movement and exercise, and being mindful of The Divine in all.

I value my African heritage, in the face of global systems of white supremacy working to erase humanity, wisdom, and the connection to God in Black people.

I authored the books "Alkaline Plant Based Diet," "Alkaline Herbal Medicine," and the children's book "Faith and Justice eat an Alkaline Plant Based Diet." and I have certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from the T.
