Living The Seven~Better Health~Timeless Wisdom

Welcome to Living the Seven.

For years, I focused on raw vegan living, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and the power of whole foods. But my journey has grown into something deeper.

I am now incorporating the Seven Species of the Promised Land — wheat, barley, grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives, and dates — into my own life, and I want to share what I’m learning with you.

These are ancient foods with a remarkable history, and on this channel I’ll explore their nutrition, health benefits, recipes, traditions, and the ways they can have a meaningful place in the American household today.

My hope is bigger than simply talking about food. I want to help bring attention back to simple, nourishing foods and incorporating them into the American household today.

You’ll find recipes, nutrition research, personal experiences, and real-life ways to make these foods part of everyday living.

This is more than learning about the Seven Species.
It’s about living them.
