I run a professional training and coaching company which specialises in developing leaders and leadership team for fast-growing companies often in the high-tech sector.

I have over 25 years experience developing leaders for companies like P&G and Accenture. But my passion lies with mid-sized, high-tech companies. A defining moment of my career was when I helped start up Avanade, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft. I was employee number three in Avanade UK. I helped grow the company to 100 employees in its first year of operation and 40% a year after that.

I am proud to be a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching and a member of the Professional Speakers Association.
