Welcome to The Gentle Ground with Annette Walsh.

This is a space for therapeutic yoga, breath, and gentle awareness.

Here, we slow down… we listen to the body… and we begin where we are.

My work includes noticing how the body responds to effort, including compensation patterns, holding, and areas of strain.

Through gentle movement and breath, we begin to soften these patterns and support the body in moving with more ease.
