Annette Graf I Qi Gong & Meditation

Hello and welcome to my channel! ❤️
My name is Annette and I am a Qi Gong teacher based in Germany. I would like to share my love for Qi Gong and meditation on this channel and above all, reach those who may not have been in contact with Qi Gong or meditation before. Just give it a try! My wish is to assist people getting back into their own inner power in order to live a fulfilled, conscious, harmonious, happy and healthy life.
