Annette Cashell

I help women 40+ get rid of pain so they can do the things they love.

I’m Annette Cashell, a Modern Movement Coach and a recovering non-mover! Ex-corporate, I narrowly avoided a neck fusion operation by taking the holistic route and now combine my expertise in Pilates, natural movement and fascial release to help others.

I know what it’s like to live with pain and feel older than your years. But I also know it’s possible to thrive in the modern world without giving up your sitting/desk job or spending hours at the gym.

My approach is whole body, where everything is inter-connected, from your head to your toes. I give you the corrective exercises you need to make the changes you want and the lifestyle changes to support it all in a highly practical, sustainable and even enjoyable way 😊
