Annette Fuller Rias

Annette Fuller Rias is a pastor, author, teacher, intercessor, and passionate Kingdom leader committed to helping people encounter God, grow in prayer, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose. Alongside her husband, Apostle Calvin Rias, she serves as a senior leader of Fire of God International Church, where they are building a Spirit-filled ministry centered on Jesus Christ, prayer, healing, deliverance, discipleship, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

She is the founder of SheBePraying, a ministry dedicated to raising strong intercessors, strengthening families through prayer, and teaching believers how to make prayer a lifestyle, not just an event. Pastor Annette is also an author and founder of Winds of the Spirit Publishing, releasing Spirit-led resources that encourage healing, restoration, spiritual growth, and purpose.
