Professional pancake. Unofficial PhD in Bliss. Building a life of safety and stillness in Latvia

After 20 years abroad, I've spent my career in health and wellbeing — but the shadowy, obscure, slightly pancakey side of it. An unofficial PhD in Bliss, earned through Sexological bodywork, Zen Coaching, and now Craniosacral Therapy.
I've decided to move closer to nature, to build a life — and a practice, Shantiala — rooted in safety. CST and somatic healing conversation, consent practice, self-awareness, and the somatic ways we learn to feel safe in our own bodies.
This channel follows that: the practice, the move, daily life, and probably a pancake joke or two along the way. 🥞🦋
