In this space, I offer you a path back to you -
the you that came before the identity of mom, of wife, of partner, of friend - 
a path back to the you that has layed dormant, but is there at your core, 
yet temporarily has been buried deep under the responsibilities of motherhood. 

I believe the world is a better place when moms are…
well-rested, nourished, calm, and infinitely more.
And I believe that this is not only possible, but necessary,
so we can be present to our families from a place of centered calm and peace.
