Animis Racing - Triathlon Coaching & Racing Team

We are Oliver and Jacqui Saxon, a mum and son triathlon coaching team who have changed our lives through the sport of triathlon. On this channel, you'll get helpful and easy to understand advice that you can take away and implement into your own triathlon training.

We also host local events, such as the Doncaster Swim-Bike-Run held monthly; two Crowle Sprint & Super Sprint Triathlons (one in the spring and one in the autumn); and two triathlon training camps in Portugal, one in the spring and one in the autumn. We call these training camps "holidays" because we combine triathlon specific training with the recovery of a holiday, so you return home refreshed and ready to advance your triathlon training further. 

We provide some anecdotes of our experiences in triathlon from the rainy, sleety, not-so-great times, as well as our epic age-group wins.
