A Neuro Spicy | Cooking with Autism

Hello,

I’m Antony, and I proudly call myself "A Neuro-Spicy". "Neurospicy" is a fun way to celebrate being neurodivergent, embracing the challenges and strengths that come with autism, ADHD, or other neurodiverse traits.

"Trying 'SPICY-LICIOUS!'—my definition of delicious recipes—isn’t just about making meals. It’s my way of expressing myself, building confidence, and connecting with others who, like me, see the world a little differently. What began as a personal passion has grown into something bigger: sharing simple life lessons to help people with disabilities discover their magic in the kitchen.

I also love discovering inspiring restaurants & chefs, sharing their stories, and uncovering behind-the-scenes kitchen secrets that make each dish special.

Let’s cook, share stories, and celebrate the amazing things that make us who we are!

SPICY-LICIOUS!

P.S. I speak English, Spanish, and Russian.
