Andrews Garage Dojo

Hello and welcome everyone. I am Andrew, a martial artist with nearly 30 years of martial arts training in three main styles: Taekwondo, Hapkido and Okinawan Karate-Do, achieving black belts in all the styles and a 6th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.

I will be sharing my knowledge in all areas of martial art training from beginners to advanced, covering Taekwondo Poomse 1-8, Black Belt Forms, sparring, kicking, combinations, stretching techniques, general exercise workouts, self-defense techniques for beginners, advanced Hapkido techniques and even some health advice that has helped me over the years.

Martial arts have helped me to stay physically and mentally fit. I will consider my job done if I can pass down a little bit of my knowledge to someone that helps them positively in their life journey.
