If your child has big emotions that affect your daily life, you are not alone.  My son has experienced intense anxiety and emotional outbursts that have been challenging. 

I become a sleep, stress, and resilience coach in order to help my son so he was not living in a stressed fight or flight state all of the time. 

The school environment heightened his anxiety as they focused on managing his outbursts rather than understanding their root cause to the point where I had to pull him from school.  I had to pull one son from school and learn how to homeschool him in a way that works for his gifted and neurodiverse brain where I discovered Executive Functioning.  

I quickly realized so many other parents also struggle to help their neurodiverse kids.  It can be lonely.   So I started studying executive functioning to add to my 30 years of skills in the health and wellness industry.  And this led to the Kids With Big Emotions Podcast where I bring it all together.
