Anchor The Light

Anchor the Light is a spiritual organization devoted to ancient wisdom, embodied practice, and personal transformation.

Our work brings together Norse and Pagan spirituality, meditation, runic practice, energy work, herbal wisdom, nervous-system regulation, movement, ritual, and the practical development of consciousness.

Founded by author and Gothi Ubbe MacLean, Anchor the Light explores how ancient traditions and contemporary practices can become tools for everyday life—not simply ideas to study, but practices to experience.

Here you'll find public teachings, meditations, conversations, practical exercises, and explorations of the work behind Healing From the Tree.

Church Members can go deeper through The Path—ATL's progressive curriculum in meditation, visualization, the Nine Hvels, runic and energetic practice, emotional awareness, gratitude, and intentional change.

Learn. Practice. Integrate.

The ceremony opens the door. The practice carries you through.
