AnaLisa Rutstein

Trauma-sensitive guided meditations and embodied self-compassion practices — created for those who need gentleness, not pressure.
Support for those living with trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, emotional eating, overwhelm, or disconnection from the body. Grounding meditations, loving-kindness, somatic awareness, and gentle reflections to support regulation, safety, and reconnection — at your own pace.
My approach is choice-based, slow, and deeply respectful of your lived experience.
Created by AnaLisa Rutstein, MA in Clinical Psychology. Certified Hakomi Practitioner, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (trained with Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield), with advanced training through the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute.
