Ana Family Life Coach

Hi! I am Ana and I am certified as a Wisdom Life Coach for children. I love to help families with kids and teens who feel occur and shy in social situations to build self-confidence in themselves and build resilience. Building resilience will help children move easily true fear, failure, change, and challenge so that they can feel more in control in their lives. It makes me so sad to see how many children struggle and sat on the sidelines of life, not putting themselves out there or meeting children or having new experiences because of their shyness. I love helping kids and teens to build confidence and social skills, stretch outside their comfort zone and go for it in life, even if there is no evidence that they are always going to succeed so that they can enjoy all that life has to offer.
