For almost a decade (7 years), I suffered from depression, trauma and extreme anxiety attacks. I am healed, with the help of God and with the divine laws of the universe. 

I'm re-discovering life again, and I want to share this journey with you. After years of 'surviving', I'm now starting 'living life' and I hope by sharing this journey I can encourage and inspire other people.
