A MID-LIFE LESS WASTED

Hi, I'm Lisa! I'm from the UK now living in the French countryside having given up a hectic life running a business and myself into the ground! I lost my confidence, suffered anxiety and didn't know who I was anymore after my son grew up and left home and I gave up a thriving business for a slower pace of life. If you're newly retired, menopausal, feeling like life's hung you out to dry and you need some inspiration to bring some excitement back into your life then I hope you love my channel.

On A mid-life less wasted, I will explore how to bring excitement & adventure beyond my 50s, not wasting a single day or resource. Balancing content to you on how to save money, the environment & your health while preparing for an uncertain future.

Despite my sometimes crippling anxiety about the smallest things, I am determined to overcome my fears & live the life that is aligned with my spiritual and environmental values. I'm not so much having a mid-life crisis but a mid-life chrysalis!
