Practicing mindful living and sharing what I learn.

I feel it as a calling—and if you’re here, you’re hearing that same call.

Being at peace can be difficult—not because it’s hard to achieve, but because it’s hard to remember.

We forget that peace, love, and joy come from within.

Through forgetfulness, we block them from arising.

So the work, then, is about remembering and unblocking.

Remembering that you are the portal, and allowing peace, love, and joy to flow into this world through you.

I walk this path of spiritual awakening alongside you, and together we unblock peace, love, and joy from flowing into our lives and the world around us
