My Low Carb Life

I'm 45 years old and have been keto for 12 months. I'm currently 68lbs down on a 90lb weight loss journey.

Join me as I share all things keto and health. Weekly grocery hauls, meal plans, what I eat in a days as well as recipes and non scale wins. This community is fantastic and I've realised the 'company' on the journey may transform my life more than the weight loss alone.

Biggest non scale win?
My joint pain has disappeared. I used to wake up each day with aching hands and feet.
Putting my feet flat to the floor hurt. I couldn't lift heavy dishes from the oven because of the pain in my thumbs. This is hard to believe now as I have no joint pain at all.

I hope I share what is helpful, interesting and supportive for anyone looking to begin a keto or low carb health journey as well as anybody already on one.

Note: I am sharing my experiences for those who are interested and not medical advice.
