I'm Amanda, an empowerment coach, dedicated to nurturing health and lasting happiness. Over 12 transformative years in the beauty industry, I empowered women. My journey, fuelled by personal struggles with body image and eating disorders, led me to coaching. This journey also revealed that true transformation lies beneath the surface. My mission is clear: I want to help women break through roadblocks and access what they truly desire. Reconnection is vital—I encourage women to prioritize self-care, tune in, and reveal their confident, empowered selves

Perth, Western Australia, is my home, shared with my husband, Jason, two beautiful daughters, and Rusty, our husky. When I'm not coaching, I find solace by the beach or savoring moments with friends over prosecco.
