Aly Thompson

Hi, I’m Aly!

I’m a mom of two under two, registered dietitian, runner, and just trying to figure out this crazy season of life one day at a time. 🤍

Here you’ll find realistic motherhood, postpartum life, running, easy family meals, baby & toddler products, postpartum style, and all the little things that make up everyday life with two tiny humans.

I’ll be sharing:
👶🏻 Life with two under two
🏃🏼‍♀️ My postpartum running comeback
🥗 Easy, realistic meals from a dietitian mom
🛍️ Baby products & things I actually use
👖 Postpartum fashion & getting dressed in a changing body
🏡 Family life, routines, chaos & everything in between

No perfection here, just real life, honest reviews, and figuring it out as I go!

Subscribe and come along for the ride! 🤍
