Alyson Makes Noise

Learning, growing, and making noise in the face of ... *gestures around* ... all this.

Regina: A Purple Quilted Maple Tenor Ukulele by Lanikai (QM-PUCET). The Queen. Our ukulele journey began January 28, 2021.
The Duke: A Spruce Top Dreadnaught Guitar by Alvarez (Regent Special 5212). My big man. A guitar who sat in basements for way too many years! Sorry, bro! But better late to the party than never getting here. Finally started learning, inspired by my success(ish?) with Regina on November 12th, 2021.

But I wouldn't be able to play jack $#!+ without some amazing online musicians/teachers/creators. In particular the lessons and classes from Bernadette Plazi (BernadetteTeachesMusic), Reina Mystique, & Justin Sandercoe (JustinGuitar) have given me structure, inspiration, and virtual encouragement during the weirdly isolated pandemic learning process. Thank you.
