I'm Melody Kleeman, founder of Aluma Yoga, based in Baltimore. I developed The Aluma Method because I needed it myself. Something fast, effective and consistent that made me feel strong, balanced and well. I realized just yoga is not enough for most women, especially as we age, so I designed a method that will keep you strong, healthy and moving for life.
