Living healthy changed my life.  At 28 years old, depressed, planning to be dead before 30, addicted, and heading towards 300 pounds, a random doctor appointment changed my life.  Telling him all this, I was at bottom.  I knew I couldn't stop on my own, and he sent me to a dietitian.  Within a year, I was 144 pounds, getting sober, and at the beginning of coming to be a different person.  

I got certified as a personal trainer, got a certified dietary manager license, and now a health coach and youth fitness specialist.  So what I can offer is not just head knowledge(it's there), but experiential knowledge.
