When they began their Real Estate career, each member shadowed home inspectors, lenders, termite inspectors, builders, and appraisers, in order to learn the RE industry from the outside-in. They interviewed dozens of people that worked with REALTORS® on a daily basis, and became a student of REALTOR® best/worst practices, according to those people who worked closest with them.

AE Property's goal is to treat every buyer like they would want to be treated, and to treat every seller’s home like a multi-million dollar listing. They also want to affect positive change in their community with every sale. A portion of every closing is donated to a local charity in the buyer or seller’s name.
