All About Nothing with J

Hey, hey mi Gente! Welcome to All About Nothing with J! 🎙️

I’m J — your favorite GenX Puerto Rican, mom of three, dog mom, wife, full-time working woman, and part-time philosopher trying to figure out life one conversation at a time.

Around here, we talk about ALL the things — midlife, motherhood, marriage, parenting teenagers, perimenopause, work, grief, self-care, reinvention, getting older, life after 50, grief, and all those random moments nobody warned us about.

Some days we are deep other days funny. Some days I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing. 😂 But we’re going to talk about it anyway.

🎙️ New episodes of All About Nothing with J every Tuesday. You’ll also find Coffee & Conversations with J, PSAs with J, and plenty of honest, funny, real-life conversations from a GenX woman navigating midlife. If you’re figuring out this whole life-after-50 thing too, subscribe and come hang out with me. 💙

Be kind to others—but most importantly, be kind to yourself.

Love J
