All-life-is-yoga

I'm Sandra, a passionate Yoga teacher, dedicated yogi, Astologer and mother of two. Originally from Berlin, I now call the beautiful Algarve in Portugal my home.

🌿 My ❤️ for Yoga

Yoga has always been a part of my life. It has taught me the importance of facing and growing from life's challenges. In 2020, I founded All-life-is-yoga.

🌿 My Philosophy

I am deeply inspired by Vijnãnã Yoga, which connects me to the ancient roots of yoga. 😍

🌿 What Motivates Me

Life’s constant change and the unique challenges of each day drive me. I believe everything happens for a reason.

🌿 Gratitude

I am grateful for the wonderful people like YOU who support and accompany me on my adventure. Thank you for being part of this journey.🙏

I hope my videos & podcasts will give you something to move forward on your own life journey.
