Ali vanZ

Welcome! I'm Ali van Zandbergen, a Registered Nurse, Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, AromaTouch Technician, and Essential Emotions Breakthrough Coach.

I especially serve women who are ready to heal from unresolved emotional wounds and discover the freedom they were created for.

For years, I cared for people physically while quietly carrying emotional burdens of my own. My healing journey taught me one life-changing truth:

You were created for more than survival.

Here you'll find hope-filled conversations about emotional healing, childhood trauma, nervous system regulation, faith, and holistic wellness.
